The sales blurb for this item says that it allows an Ipod to be controlled directly from car stereo controls.It didn't work for me. Just made really unhealthy sounding noises in the tape deck.
In addition to this, the sound output was ridiculously low (even with volume turned up full).
Would definatley not recommend.
